Last night as my Disney co-workers and members of the Oriental Land Company were enjoying our send-off business meal. Bring to close another successful Audit of the Tokyo Disney Resort our restaurant began to roll and shake. As the lights swayed and ground thundered it took those sitting around me back to a different place. Although all were calm, earthquakes have become a normal part of Japanese life, the conversation at the tables shifted to the events nearly a year ago and what it has been like in the recover phase.</p><p>Some areas of the nation have come back strong and plentiful, allowing the populace to find themselves back on track. While other areas still struggle to clear debris and find away to push on.
