How do I place a custom embroidery order?
Fill out the custom order form on my website with details about your project. I'll review your request and reach out to discuss design details, pricing, and timeline.
What items can you embroider?
I can embroider on a variety of items, including sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, tote bags, beanies, graduation stoles, baby items, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to ask.
At this time, I am not able to embroider on hats.
Can I provide my own garment or item?
Yes, customer-supplied items are welcome. Please note that while I take every precaution, I cannot guarantee or replace customer-provided items in the unlikely event of damage during the embroidery process.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Pricing varies based on factors such as digitizing, design size, stitch count, and quantity. Every project is unique, so quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork, logo, or design into a special embroidery file that an embroidery machine can read and stitch. This process tells the machine exactly where each stitch should go, what stitch types to use, and how the design will be embroidered onto your item.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. I happily accept both one-of-a-kind pieces and larger orders.
How long does a custom order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and current workload. Most orders are completed within 2 weeks. If you have a deadline, please include it when submitting your inquiry.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule. Additional fees may apply.
Do you require a deposit?
For custom work, a deposit may be required before production begins.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is an error on my part.
